Katz’s Delicatessen


Katz’s Delicatessen is a small kosher-style deli started in 1888 and has been family run ever since. The restaurant is known as one of New York’s best restaurant and is a classic tourist spot. Even though the genuine and nostalgic style is unique to the restaurant, I wondered how it would look with a bit of branding.

I rebranded the deli shop identiy with two directions, both reserving a part of its historical authenticity.
